Privacy, cookies & company info
The short version: this site collects as little as possible, sets no tracking cookies and never sells your data. Here's the honest breakdown.
Who runs this site
Purple Dragon Studios is a publishing brand operated by Filip Kráčmar, Czech Republic. Company ID (IČO): 03754405. Contact: info@purpledragonstudios.cz.
Personal data
The only personal data this site works with is the e-mail address you leave us when signing up for the demo list. We use it solely to let you know about the Atomic Hockey demo and launch — and you can unsubscribe with one click in any e-mail. The list is managed through MailerLite.
If you write to us, we use your message and contact only to reply. That's it — no ads, no profiling, no passing data on.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies — that's why you won't find a cookie banner here. Your browser only remembers your language choice, so the site greets you in the right one.
Content from other services
Fonts and the game trailer are delivered by standard web services (Google Fonts and YouTube), which operate under their own privacy policies. Links to Steam, Discord and social networks lead to their respective sites.
Your rights
You're always welcome to ask what data we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted — just drop us an e-mail and we'll take care of it. If needed, you can also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
